What is typeofuse col in dbc.dbqlobjtbl

I'm trying to filter the table further, in order to reduce the estimated execution time when joining dbqlogtbl with dbqlobjtbl.

I noticed typeofuse, what does it mean?

Does anyone have an effecient way to find join those two tables?

I'm trying to find out which tables in my database are being hit.
