I am getting the message hard disk full with 15 Gig empty,. I go to the delete manager and there are no files to delete.

Reboot into DOS and run Scandisk
then Safe Mode and Scandisk
Cleanmgr.exe is the cleanup utility accessed from within Explorer when right clicking a drive.

You may have a nasty virus
