What is a MCDN and MCID

Guessing you are on an Option 11C, and that these are your voicemail ports --

slot 10 are your mail ports
MCDN= meridian customer defined network

MCDN - Message Centre Directory Number

in your case this DN 7000, which is the default MMail queue DN for an Opt11.

MCID = the Message Centre agent ID's, ie the MMail agents on slot 10. If you print a DNB on DN 700 in LD10, you will get your Agent ID's for the MMail agents

This is your meridian mail extension. MCDN stands for Message Center Directory Number. You main number for Meridian Mail. The list of ports os the number of port you have on your mail system. They are the TN's where the programming is located in your switch.
