Q what does that have to do with WebMatrix.

David Webmatrix is free. However, it doesn't allow you to make use of the code-behind programming method as far as I know. This gives it a huge disadvangtage in my opinion. Code-Behind allows the programmer alot more flexibility and clarity when programming. IMO that is.
