foxpro -t transfer.prg $1

I just need to know what the -t and the $1 are really doing?

Thanks,

foxpro is executable binary
-t transfer.prg tells binary to start program transfer.prg
$1 is, of course, a given parameter passed from command line

# startpro [string]

Where startpro is a script with above listed command. In the script, $1 holds the value [string]

Any file with .prg extension, is a program or library of routines/procedures.

My God, it's been over a decade since I saw a dbase program ... the forgotten days 8-|
