What is the System Parameter password on the Nortel Flash system

I am trying to access the system parameters in the Flash: i.e Feat. 983 then #8 asks me for a password. Have tried 100000,
0000 and nothing. Does anybody know this one.

What's under Feature 983 > 8 ?

On Flash I think its Alarm Reporting....strange that a user needs in there.
