what is the system error log exactly mean?

Hi, all
I found this error meesage in our system log at our server.
I don't know if it will cause any problem. Our server sometimes didn't load ASP page and I have to restart IIS to solve this problem. Thansk, Betty

Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server. The server is:{0C0A3666-30C9-11D0-8F20-00805F2CD064}

I have the same problem, Win2k Advanced server with MS Exchange installed. Any ideas any one?
