As far as I know, there is only one jack on 4400 series phones. It is a 6p6c, meaning that the jack could accommodate plugs with six contacts and six conductors of wire. The phones themselves...with the exception of the 4424LD+...require only a single pair of wires to operate.

If you look at it closely, you will see that it's "KEYED", and as such, a STANDARD RJ-45 won't fit. As budbyrd stated, it's for the DSS UNITS.
