What is the Restricted Outlook client?

I found lots of docs but nothing clearly says what the restricted client is compared to the other one.

The Restricted Outlook Client (or ROC) is just for the MSS backend systems. There is documentation on Avaya's website that talks about the different Outlook client versions. I can't get to it now, but did you read the Concepts and Planning doc? Or perhaps the doc that is with the ROC client?
