We recently added new CM2 licenses, which I have turned up at our HQ as well as two gateways at warehouse locations. Included were also .pwd files.

I do not know what needs to be done with the .pwd files. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Environment:
HQ: CM 2.1.11
Gateways: G350s/LSPs with S8300s.

As a follow up question, if I check the license file on the S8300, this is what I see:

CommunicaMgr License Mode: Normal
Network used for License: MGP
License Serial Number is xxxxx on MGP
CommunicaMgr License Mode: Normal
Enterprise Wide Licensing Not Activated

Is it usual for Enterprise Wide Licensing to show as not activated?

Thanks!

Installing the pwd file loads all of Avaya's logins/passwords. It doesn't affect your logins. You can install it by clicking on "Authentication File", directly beneath "License File" in the web interface. Ask Avaya or your BP about the enterprise licensing.
