I would try this....I have had success using this method with other Oracle products.
1. First use the Oracle installer to "remove" installed products.
2. Delete all folders\files in use by Oracle. (May require rebooting before you cxan do this.
3. Backup your registry.
4. Either with a tool (regcleaner) or manaully remove all Oracle registry keys. (Especially ones for Oralce Home)
5. Remove Oracle entries from path statement.
6. Reboot and reinstall.
