what is the problem?

My system is causing me some problem
When I dial, it's simply goes off.This happen 4 times out of 10.
What can be the problem?

what system do you have (TSE, TSW, BCx), what version, what SP?

did you check the alarm log (ALLOP?
did you check the fault signal log (HIMDP?

It's TSW sp4 and I'm trying to join external line
Allop gives me Disturb counter increased due to faulty Programm execution & Data link alarm.
HIMDP gives me Error code H'14

the datalink alarm is on the route you are dialing out?
if so, is you cabling ok?

does the provider see errors on the trunk?

The cable is ok and the seems to have no error on my trunk.

it "seems" I have no error on my trunk is not exactly reassuring. try to contact your provider and explain your situation. (and don't start new threads about the same problem)
