What is the minimum doc created after FM model working

What would you consider the minimum documentation you would leave for the next person or if you had to update a Framework model a year later? Do you use mostly Excel spreadsheets to show source field, model field, business use?

Please say you would leave something, not Zero!

FM allows leaving model comments at each and every level. Be sure to use these to add functional comments and a reference to the source field (if applicable) When using SQL query subjects make sure to add comments lines within the code!
