what is the latest version of MD

Hi Guys I look after a MD with BC12 - SP5 if we want to use IP phones via plug in boards can we upgrade to SP7? or do I need to get MX1 software. i.e. what is the upgrade path but keeping the exising hardware at this stage.

MX-ONE TSW SP7 ( BC13 SP7) same HW as MD110 and support IP terminals and IP networking, MX-ONE TSE supports all the above and SIP requires ESY and LSU-E or MGW HW.

check with your vendor, there are some campaigns to cheaply convert to MX-ONE.

Hi Whosrdaddy I don't think Zintel are doing specials at this stage. The IT people want to ditch the MD & go to Citrix but the purse string holders don't want to spend the money required, so I have a job in the mean time. Just checking about upgrades though.
