What is the latest version of Callpilot Desktop Messaging client s/w?

I have a customer who is having problems with their desktop messaging. He is running a BCM 400 with 3.6 on it. Is there a newer version of the desktop messaging software than the one he currently has? (he has 2.01) IF a newer version exists...where do I get it?

2.50.06.28 is the latest. It is available as a download from Nortel.
