We switched from Outlook express to Outlook 2003.
We also have different users and Domain and all.
So logging in as the old user is a real mess to go back to.
IP, DNS, and a bunch of other settings are all different, so is the PC name.
The only thing the same is the PC has the same hard drive.

Please need to retrieve emails from a while ago on several machines.

TIA

Outlook stores most of its messages and stuff in *.dbx files

I can't find any files of that type.
Do they get dumped when you switch over? Or

They should be there somewhere. BrianLW is correct for Outlook Express. Depending on exactly what you've done and what OS you're using, the files may be under a different user profile. Be sure to search for them with an administrative account and include all hidden & system files in all folders & subfolders on that drive in your search.
