hi people,

I may have removed Outlook Express tonight - via Add/Remove Programs.

The icon/shortcut is missing. The Outlook Express folder has
setup50.exe and OEMIG50.exe (a migration utility?)

Is the exe to start Outlook Express somewhere else?

I still have the addresses file so I hope that means the exe is still here.

Can anyone help?
Thanks. John

Oh it's msimn.exe I would have never guessed that!

Looked for OE*

Give myself a star... :)

[useless info]
That name has been used for the mail & news program included with Windows- MicroSoft Internet Mail and News.
[/useless info]

(When I get back to Vista I'm going to have to check if it still has the same name)

smah...

So msimn.exe is not what I should be running? Myabe that's why I can't see the email body (you replied to my other post in Email Issues forum)

John

msimn.exe is the mail program included with all versions of Windows including Vista (I just checked). For the actual problem, let's go back to the other thread.
