PoE means the switchports deliver power for class 3 PoE devices. (15.4W) Usually phones.
G means the switchports are 10/100/1000 switchports
PoE+ means it delivers power for PoE devices that use non-standards PoE greater than 15W. Usually Wireless Access points.
