What is the difference between relative time and delta time?

Kindly site an example.
 
- Delta time is the time between two captured frames (acutally the time from the beginning of the first frame to the beginning of the second frame.)

- Relative time is a summ of the delta times, starting at the first frame (Look in the status column, you will see a "M" at frame one). You can check this very simple by putting the mark in the decode screen for example on frame 10. You will see this has no impact on the delta time column, but the relative time column will set his starting point at frame 10, going negative to frame 1 an further up positive starting from frame 10.
