Currently we IP Agent R2 working in good order. We tried to upgrade to R4 but encounter iClarity errors. What is the difference between R2 and R4? We have a test Pc working with R4 with only the operating system on it. Have disabled virus checkers and any other program we could. still no luck, anyone have some solutions? Avaya just points to the network. What applications need to be shut down?
