What is the detailed procedure to replace 2 MPB-16's with 1 MPB-96?

Hello,

What is the detailed procedure to replace 2 MPB-16's with 1 MPB-96?

I have a 1002rp-AML, 4.0 with peps up to date, connected to a CS1000-M 4.50W.

I can not find the Nortel documented procedure for this. I found the procedure to install a new MPB-96, but not the replacement for an existing MPB-16 configuration.

If there is no Nortel document, has anyone done this procedure and can they tell me the procedure they used and if they ran into any problems?
