What is the commands for getting into the sig server PDT to pull up the patches

Hello fellow Nortel engineers and users!
Can some one please provide the commands on how to get into the PDT of the sig servers? I need to pull patches to check on the ESPL web site...Any information would be of help. I was under the impression it cnt LDB?

Are these Linux or VxWorks Signal Servers? Makes a world of difference.
