I want to program a phone button to dial the operator.

Normally i type busy-ind then type the extension but i cant type 0 it wont let me. I have a definity G3

Use a abbreviated-dialing enhanced. You can enter the digit 0. Then make a soft key on the handset the abbreviated-dialing button that you assigned. Make sure that in the station forms on the thrid page that in the abb dialing lists that enhanced is specified. When adding the abb dial to the soft key the system will prompt you for the list number and the number on the abb dialing enhanced list. Hope this makes sense!
