Hi, I have created a type tree from an xsd schema and the type tree automatically created a type called choice. I don't know how the choice type works and cannot find anything on the online help.
Can anybody help me with this?
Thanks

A Choice group is used where the following data could be one of a number of different items/groups that can be distinguished from each other.

The type tree book (1003.pdf in V6.7) does cover it between Chapter 9 - Partitioning and Chapter 13 - Distinguishable objects

Its worth reading the section several times to get your head round it.
