I've tried using
Code:
GIVE IVR (CALL PILOT DN)
with limited success.
I gather the most common method is to
Code:
ROUTE CALL (DN)
to a phantom dn with voicemail?

Just curious what is the preferred method using call pilot for messaging and contact center for scripting. Also curious when it is necessary to open a voice session or not.

you got to find out it you are using/configured, IVR ports or Access Ports,

Give IVR = IVR Ports and Open Voice Session Play Prompt = Access ports

The easiest is if the CDN matches a mailbox, then you can simply route to the CallPilot main number. However if not the more common method is the route call to a phantom which dcfw to callpilot.

Thanks, I did end up routing to a phantom. I had it setup with the cdn mailbox but using "give ivr" however I got unexpected results. It seemed the CDN calls were not following my Time of Day scripting and instead would go to the vm box, which was the treatment setup if the call center was out of service during business hours.
