Trial and Error. And using the Help Menus as much as possible to do research on whatever you may want to do. I suppose you could use a book, but it's always better to learn from experience. If you need any help, that's what we are here on Tek-Tips for - to assist you - feel free to ask for any assistance that you need.

Make sure you have the complete help files installed and use them.

And also, as Roy said, ask questions here. This is the best of the various forums I've encountered as far as people being friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. _________
