I will be building an app in the coming weeks that will be dealing with a client rep type person initiating the workflow via an email to a group mailbox.
I built a demo app by linking to the group mailbox. Then every x amount of minutes i would check the mailbox for new items.
Is it better to use the link to the mailbox or should i use the Outlook objects and load a table via code.
