What is the Best Tutorial for CF?

I am going to start a project in CF this summer and I need a really good beginning and Advanced CF Tutorial.

I'm not sure of a visual tutorial, but I found a book "Programming Cold Fusion" by Rob Brooks-Bilson (publisher: O'Reilly). It made my life a lot easier when I was starting out with Cold Fusion and it is a great reference.

I strongly recommend "Allaire SkillBuilding with ColdFusion". It is animated CBT that really holds you by the hands.

Then, buy, read and practice with "ColdFusion Essentials"

By the end of these, you will be writing CFML pages. Both can be done inside of a week.
