What is the best renderer for .....

I am using ADT2i. I want to do high quality rendering and it does an ok job there but I seem to spend alot of time building materials. I am wondering what is the best aftermarket renderer that would also allow me to do walkthrus of my models. I want to be able to do rendered walkthrus not just wireframes. If viz my only choice or would accurender work for me. Other suggestions. I am the Cad Manager and get to buy one for our company but dont know what to recommend to them.
