What is the best proxy server?

In several different environments, we have had various opinions as to which is the best proxy server to use. Although we have had good luck with the Microsoft Proxy Server, some locations do not want to bring in NT just to get a proxy server running.<br>

Try Wingate 3 or 4 from Deerfield.com or wingate.com.<br>It runs or win9x or NT and its great !
