What is the best cable to use for a DSL demarc extension ? 2

I see a lot of people use cat5e or cat6 for a DSL demarc extension ? I like to extend it with phone wire ? It comes in on phone wire . Is phone cable or cat5e better for a demarc extension

CAT3 telephone cable is just fine for extending DSL. Once you get the DSL to the modem you should use a minimum of CAT5e from there out to devices.
