What is: temp\perflib_perfdata_b24.dat

Dell w/WinXP Home, IE7, NSW 2005.
First I run:
CCleaner, Eusing Registry cleaner, Panda Activescan, AVG, Adaware, Spybot, Trend Antispyware and all the NSW 2005 stuff. I close all programs, Start/Run/%temp% and it comes up with: temp\perflib_perfdata_b24.dat
Can't find it in google. Anyone know what this is?
