I am having horrible problems recieving attachements (especially .xls (excel) files) on my windows email clients. I use a pop3 server external.

Occassionally I get this email message with the subject line below in my inbox....

Subject: DON'T DELETE THIS MESSAGE -- FOLDER INTERNAL DATA

it comes from

mailer-daemon @ my domain name etc...

What is it anyone know?

The contents of the email ise below, it is not spam... Google has dozens of hits, try typing the subject line. I couldnt find a hit that explained what it was????
