Hi guys,

I have a PDF i made a couple of years ago. The fonts are an specific version of DIN Bold and Light that I cannot find that font anymore in my computer. I have DIN Pro Bold and Din Pro Light now. I found out that if i use the Touch Text Tool and Properties and can change it for DIN PRO LIGHT, but nevertheless i get a Warning that the font will change from multibyte to single byte encoding and it will also be just a PREVIEW font.

The question is if i do the change and send the PDF to other people would they be able to see it correctly and printed to regarding the single byte encoding?

Thanks for any info.

Cheers,

Copy the older PDF in question to another filename, try the font change on the copy, and see what happens. The original file will be unchanged if the work on the copy causes a problem.
