What is recording time limit on Voice Item Maintenance 1

Hi All,

We have a Nortel CS1000K PBX with several voice item maintenance applications. I'm not sure how to find out what the recording time limit is. I looked at the voice item SDN properties and there's a "session time limit" of 10 minutes, but it seems illogical to have a 10 minute time limit to record a greeting and the "HELP" section didn't offer much of same.

the recording time limit is under class of service for the mb.. the session time is mostly used for loops... it only limits the time you can listen to prompts, after you pick any option.. "press one the leave a msg" the transfer ends the session...
