what is "cache hit percentage" on EM memory tab

Can anybody tell me exactly what the "cache hit percentage" shown on the MEMORY tab on 9i's enterprise manager means?

i guess this seemed like a stupid question, and maybe it was....but it was unclear to me what this "cache hit rate" referred to, since it was showing a very low number when i knew my other scripts were showing all the hit rates in the upper 90%, but looking at it again, i think the "cache hit rate" on the em screen is referring only to the PGA cache hit rate, at least thats the way im interpreting it now.
