The PE6650 has an embedded ATi Rage II with 8MB of SDRAM. There is no expandability.
If you absolutely had to add another graphics card to the system--say, you're a gamer who for some strange reason thinks that a rack mounted quad Xeon server would be a good gaming machine (it won't)--be advised that there is only a single 32bit 33MHz PCI slot.
