What is NMX Library Manager ?

Just installed/migrated to a 5.1 SBE server, and scrolling thought dirrent screens I discovered the NMX Library manager screen. Not sure what it's for, nor does it have anything listed on it's screen -- just blank.

Can anyone let me know what this is/does? Thanks ~
