what is needed to install?

hi :)

would be somebody kind and help me? please, tell me, what must i download and how to burn it to cdrom to install after reboot? i wish redhat 9.0 install to my comp. (i want to download it from ftp://sunsite.ms.mff.cuni.cz )

Download the .ISO files which are disk images. You won't need the documentation images. The 9.0 version of Redhat linux uses either 3 or 4 .ISO files (640MB each approx).

With another linux machine you would use
cdrecord -v speed=12 dev=0,1,0 -data redh9image1.iso

where speed = your cdrom writer's best speed.
where dev = your cdrom writer's SCSI ident (use 'cdrecord scanbus' to find this value)
where redh9image1.iso is the name of the .ISO you want to burn.

I'm almost certain that most Windows-based CD burning tools can accomodate the .ISO format.... You should google for that.
