Hi all, there is a lot of real technical stuff shared on this site and the vast amount of knowledge shared is sometimes quite overwhelming!
My background is very much front end sales and I love the look and sound of the Shoretel solution. I do have an opportunity based on the requirements below and would like to know the basics of what is needed based on Shoretel, to meet this requirement?
This is an international opportunity:
St Petersburg (Russia) - 20 users at present but with capacity to grow to 40
New York - 10 users - capacity to grow to 30
London 1st site - 4 users
London 2nd site - 1 users
London 3 sites - potentially up to 100 users, could be 30 to start with
Birmingham (Uk) - 1 site
Barbados - 1 site
The single user sites have broadband. There is no WAN.
They need inter site dialling, hot desking.
How would connectivity overseas be handled.
