Is this a free program, if so where do you get it? How does it work. Any information would be helpful. Sounds like a good idea from what I have seen.
 
No, OWA is not a free program. It runs on a Windows Server platform to provide web-based access to Exchange Server mail. I'm not sure if this is true for all versions, but as far as I've seen, it is bundled with Exchange. If you're running some mail server other than Exchange, there are numerous other 'web interface' options.
 
It's included with SBS 2003 & Exchange, so I would expect it to be in SBS 2000.
 
Yes, OWA is included with SBS 2000. Make sure it is fully patched as OWA was significantly improved with SP2.
