what it AgentSC in customer option , it is showing limit 51 , so that i can install 51 IP Agent softphones on the pcs of agents??

what release of CM ( i presume 5) and what gateways / servers are you using as that will dictate the amount

AgentSC is ip agent shared control. that means you can run 51 ip agent instances but they will only work in shared control mode, i.e. controlling a physical phone of any type. it won't work as softphone in this mode. it's not much good besides allowing some basic screen pops.
starting with call center 3.0 and above, you get one AgentSC for every cc elite agent license.
