I have a customer with B.U.E 8.6 .
The backup keeps failing with the following error:
RSM Database cannot be backed up because of the Removable storage service is not running.
A Flat file backup of the appropriate files will be performed.
In the Event Viewer:
A Service specific error has occcured.
Backup Exec error: 6 setservicestatus.
i looked on
for this error, and it said there is not work arounds at this time.
What do i do in the mean time? The backups keep failing?
