Hi,

For no reason we can fathom. When we send someone externally an email with some XLS spreadsheets (password protected).

The recipient is recieiving a completely blank email, with an attachment called winmail.dat

Now I've done the google thing and found the "it's outlook's fault" , go to options ensure compose is HTML and internet format button is set to HTML not RTF.

but this already is set to HTML, and always has been.

so why is the recipient getting a blank email and this winmail.dat attachment he cannot open?

thanks,
1DMF.
