What is database systemL SQL?

Does anyone know what is systemL SQL? Can someone give me some brief introduction about it?
What kind of programming language usually goes with it? What kind of OS does it work on it? How should I implement it?
What's the difference among mySQL/unix(linux),SQL server/Window, and this system?

SQL systems usually use SQL (Standard Query Language) which is supposed to be standard.
Standards vary though...
SQL runs on most OS
On how to implement or what are the differences just visit the websites of the products you're interested in.
There is no way of telling you this in a few lines.
MySQL is freeware, MS SQL and SQL server you have to pay for.
It all depends on what you want and if you're willing to pay for it.

In what context did you find "systemL SQL"? No one I asked has heard of this: could it be a typo?

A close match:

System R: "is a database system built as a research project at IBM San Jose Research (now IBM Almaden Research Center) in the 1970's. System R introduced the SQL language and also demonstrated that a relational system could provide good transaction processing performance."
