what is CSDN

Hello,
I'm sorry for what may be a simple question but I can't find this answer anywhere.
I have a phone that was not forwarding to voicemail. I 'fixed' this by outing it and recreating it. It now forwards to VM, the only real difference that I could see was that the non forwarding one had something called CSDN 48002
does anyone know what this is?

The other two differences are
CCSA-CSI
CDMV
the above are now CCSD and CDMR. From reading some of GHTROUT's information this should not affect the forward to VM.

The books summarize it as follows. I don't think it is much help, other than confirmation that it is a "thing"

Converged Service Directory Number
Control Directory Number (CDN) configured in LD 23.
CSDN is prompted only if CLS is defined as CDMV or CDMO.
