What is Crystal Web Report Server?

Hi,

What is Crystal Web Report Server? Is there any documentation expaling the architecture using Crystal Web Reprot Server. Is it restricted to ASP/WinNT or is it also compatible with Java/Unix platform?

Please resolve these doubts urgently.

The Crystal Web component server was available in CR8.0 but has been replaced by Crystal Enterprise since the release of CR8.5 a year ago. So no longer available.

I've got a demo of the CR8 web copmponent server on my site at

It requires NT/2k and IIS - will not run on W95/98/Me or any flavour of Unix/Linux. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear
