What is CPND?

I'm a Norstar guy and I'm still learning Option switch. I tried adding new extension using ld 20. After inputting the new extension, it gave me this prompt "CPND". I tried typing the name of the station, but it did not take it. What do I need to do first?

I'm kind of new to that switch myself, as my company is moving to it's new, permanent location after the WTC attacks.

Anyway, I was messing around in LD 20 changing some numbers around, and IIRC when you get the "CPND" command, you either enter "CHG" to change the name, or "NEW" for a name that was never entered.

I'll know on Monday when I go back into work, so please forgive me if I'm off base.
