Does anyone know what the following is when looking at the SysMonitor for IPOffice: "BChan: slot=6 chan=10"? We have been experiencing problems where when you call in/out, one person can hear fine, but the person on the other end cannot hear anything. For example, if someone calls me from that office, they may be able to hear me just fine, but I can't hear them. Or, if I call that office from my cell phone, I hear nothing in my phone, even though the SysMonitor shows my call. This is over MPLS, not PRI. Maybe that will help.

"BChan: slot=6 chan=10" is the slot channel used to connect to the Extension .The Slot number is the same as the Unit/Module number but the channel number is not the same as the Module Physical port number.
Cheers
