What is adOpenKeyset in ADODB

Hi,
I am taking over writing a program from another programmer and have come across a problem when compiling on adOpenKeyset. this property belongs to ADODB. If anyone can help with this then their help will be appreciatted.

adOpenKeyset is an enumeration within the ADO type library. You need a reference to ADO in your project references.
Open Keyset opens a scrollable and updatebale recordset. This recordset, however, will only show changes made to records that were there when it was opened. It will not show additions by other users, just the one who has opened the recordset.
